Our Return Policy

At Slymetopia, every product is handmade with love and care. Because of the handmade and perishable nature of our slimes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we will always do our best to make things right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Slymetopia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will have entered production and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
