At Slymetopia, we want your handmade slime to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order. 📦✨

1. Order Processing

All orders are handmade and carefully packaged with love. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Slymetopia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If you experience a significant delay, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Slymetopia is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before your order has been shipped. Slymetopia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Domestic Orders Only

Please note that we currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future, so stay tuned! 💕
